Follow along the journey of the New England Coffee Guy.
On March 2nd, 2024 I was honored to be part of the grand opening of ELA salon in Southington, CT. The new coffee cart was a hit and I’m excited about this year.
Finally finalized my label for 2024. I will be working closely with Sleeping Giant Coffee Company in Woodbridge Connecticut. Through them I will be offering single origin beans roasted fresh on a regular basis. Looking forward to the collaboration.
After weeks of online research and discussion, I decided to go with the La Marzocco Linea Mini for my espresso machine. Since i received this amazing device it has been an absolute workhorse for me. Weighing in at only 70lbs, the Linea Mini has gotten me through small events of 35 to large events of 200+. Equipped with a dual boiler, I’m able to pull an accurate espresso shot and immediately steam milk. it’s not just a showpiece, it’s a reliable work horse.

A Cortado is a 1:1 ratio of espresso to milk. One of my favorite drinks to enjoy all year round.
